Banbury

With a quirky and community- focused approach to supporting their town centre- Banbury has seen vacancy rates plummet. With unique events such as ‘Geek Con’ and student exhibitions in empty shops, Banbury has taken a creative approach to helping their high street.

Blackburn

Recent years have seen an extraordinary transformation in the town centre of Blackburn. It is the result of impressive partnerships committed to a major rejuvenation of the town and a variety of multi-million pound regeneration projects which is transforming the town for everyone who works, trades, shops and lives there.

Hemel Hempstead

Regeneration has transformed Hemel Hempstead. The shopping area, close to the new bus interchange and restored Water Gardens, attracts young families with a series of play areas and community spaces, including a central events square with stage, splash fountain and movie screen.
